AAA Coaching was set up in January 2015 by UEFA B Licenced Football Coach Ben Johnson

Ben started his coaching career working for Brighton and Hove Albion working for their community scheme at the age of 17. After 6 years coaching PE Lessons and After School Clubs in West Sussex schools as well as running holiday fun days coaching almost 3000 children Ben decided to head to the USA.

In 7 years Ben coached in 10 States and 1 Canadian Province. While in America Ben was predominately based in Lynn, Massachusetts where he worked with 12 competitive teams from U10 to U18 a week and 12 U6 teams, he eventually became the Assistant Coach of Lynn Classical High School Girls Team. Ben then moved to Timmins, Ontario, Canada to take up a roll with the local club and High School Girls Team where he guided them to the Provincial Championship as well as being in charge of 24 teams and coaches working on Player and Coach Development.
